El ejercicio físico cuando es intenso  aumenta la temperatura del cuerpo, hay una mejor circulación sanguínea en el cuerpo entra más oxigeno y todas las funciones vitales se aceleran haciendo que tengamos más vitalidad y tiene un efecto antiinflamatorio, al aumentar la temperatura del cuerpo esto ayuda al sistema inmunológico, cuando hacemos ejercicio de manera intensa esto fortalece el sistema cardiovascular, sin oxigeno solo podemos vivir algunos minutos  si nuestra respiración es deficiente, esto tendrá una influencia negativa sobre nuestra salud, para haya combustión es necesario combustible y oxigeno,  los principales combustible que consumimos son los carbohidratos y las grasas, siendo las grasa las que más calor generan,.
    Yo he descubierto que se puede bajar la presión  arterial  sin medicamento , yo estuve padeciendo de la presión alta y me dije la presión sube porque no hay suficiente oxigeno en la sangre, pensé que el oxigeno siendo un gas puede amortiguar parte de la presión que ejerce el corazón al bombear la sangre al disminuir el volumen, es cierto que sin investigar de manera práctica no sabemos lo que realmente ocurre, con un medidor de la presión arterial me medí la presión y luego respire profundamente, un minuto aproximadamente y volví a medirme la presión arterial  y  espectacular la diferencian yo logre  bajar la presión arterial sistólica de  170 a 110,  pero es prácticamente imposible de mantener una respiración profunda todo el tiempo, yo comencé a correr  perdí algunos kilos y mi presión arterial  sistólica oscila  entre 110 y 130 .
Si estamos preocupados o concentrado en algo muchas veces olvidamos de respirar adecuadamente y la presión arterial subirá,  es por eso que no es recomendable de quedar  concentrado en algo mucho tiempo o estar preocupado, debemos respirar conscientemente y caminar, debemos preocuparnos para que nuestra respiración sea buena , esto será de gran ayuda para la salud, una deficiencia de oxigeno en el cuerpo puede provocar muchas enfermedades, según el Dr. y científico alemán ganador de un premio nobel y fue nominado para premio nobel  en varias ocasiones para premio nobel,  Otto Warburt .     
La fiebre no es una enfermedad, la fiebre es el síntoma de una enfermedad, tratar de bajar la fiebre no es luchar contra la real enfermedad, de igual manera tratar de bajar la presión arterial  tomando un comprimido no es luchar contra la verdadera causa que produce la presión arterial , debemos ser objetivos identificar el problema y atacar el problema de frente, debemos vigilar lo que comemos y la cantidad de lo que comemos y mantener un buen peso corporal , para esto es recomendable comer menos carbohidratos y practicar ayuna de vez en cuando si nuestra salud lo permite, hacer ejercicios,   comer menos , no fumar ni practicar ningún tipo de exceso ni tomar medicamentos y drogas a menos que sea por precisión medica.      
                 
La información sobre el covid 19 está en constante variacion, la información que yo les presento no varía pues es ya probado la relación entre el calor y el sistema inmunológico esta provado y comprovado  esto que yo les presento es una medida extra que se debe tomar encuentra sin olvidar las norma de protección ya establecidas.

Causa principal de la hipertensión


He descubierto una causa que provoca la hipertensión arterial, he visto varios videos que hablan del problema pero ninguno expones esta causa que es fácil de de comprobar, tienen que ver con la cantidad de oxigeno en la sangre, si padece de la presión alta puede tomarse la presión y luego respire profundamente durante un minuto y tómese la presión de nuevo y vera que la presión arterial ha bajado de manera significativa, yo he pajado la presión arterial alta de 140 a 110 un menos de un minuto.  Según el médico y científico alemán, ganador de un premio nobel y nominado en varias ocasiones para premio nobel  Otto Warburg la falta de oxigeno en el cuerpo puede provocar un gran número de enfermedades.  Yo llaqué  visualice como se debe comportar el oxigeno en la sangre y comprendí que el oxigeno debe amortiguar al bombeo de la presión de la sangre al disminuir su volumen,  yo verifique y estoy en lo cierto.   Tener una vida sana  hacer ejercicio hacer todo lo que lo que ayuda a la buena absorción del oxigeno como comer cosas en este sentido. Ponemos bajar la presión respirando  pero luego olvidamos la respiración y la presión sube, es bueno reparar profundamente    de manera frecuente de manera consciente. Todos sabemos que el oxigeno es en estado gaseoso y que puede dilatarse o contraerse cuando varia la presión donde se encuentra  y a pesar que se encuentra dentro de nuestro cuerpo posee las mismas cualidades, es decir puede contraerse o expenderse según la presión donde se encuentre, por ejemplo si estamos buceando y subimos rápidamente a la superficie corremos grave peligro, pues el oxigeno puede expandirse y causar grande daños en la persona que sufre este accidente. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCPw2bxIwb8
